Lunch is often considered a bit of an afterthought, with most of us preferring to buy a sandwich or salad, or even a take-away or fast-food meal each day for our lunch. In these recessionary times, there’s no better way to save money, as well as providing you with better food, than to make your own lunch. Here are some of my favourite lunch-box favourites, as well as weekend sit-down meals.
